Background

I grew up in Denver, Colorado where I spent much of my time hiking, kayaking, and slacklining around the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I have enjoyed exploring all that Seattle has to offer since relocating here in 2020.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Genders and Sexualities from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2017. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University in 2020. I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor Associate from the Washington State Department of Health and I am a National Certified Counselor through the National Board For Certified Counselors.
